Monument

The Plumpton Road Local Town Centre encompasses a 27,000 square meter site located within the Monument Residential Estate in Bonnie Brook (formerly Plumpton), Victoria. With a 200-meter frontage along Plumpton Road, the site currently has concept plans for a mixed-use development to meet the needs of the growing local community.

Once completed, the project is expected to provide approximately 7,000 to 8,000 square meters of mixed retail and commercial space, including a planned major supermarket, various food and beverage outlets, shops, a gym, a medical centre, a pharmacy, and other compatible businesses.

The town centre is intended to serve the immediate area along Plumpton Road, both to the north and south of Taylors Road.
