Atticus

The Atticus Local Town Centre encompasses a 10,000 square meter land allotment situated within the Atticus Residential Estate in Woodstock, part of the northern growth corridor.

This project aims to deliver approximately 2,500 square meters of mixed retail and commercial space, which will include a small grocery store or supermarket, various food and beverage outlets, shops, gyms, medical facilities, pharmacies, and other compatible businesses. Additionally, the site will feature a childcare centre. The town centre is designed to serve the immediate communities of the Atticus and Peppercorn Hill Residential Estates.
