Starting his career at St George Bank, Dhilharan soon realized his passion lay in property development, not accounting. Following the 1991 financial recession, he began his journey into property development, achieving early success.
In 1998, he met Patrick and began collaborating on residential projects. Their successful partnership eventually led to the founding of OYOB. As the ‘big picture’ strategist at OYOB, Dhilharan’s innovative thinking drives the company’s growth and creativity, complementing Patrick’s technical expertise. He formulates creative strategies emphasizing symbiotic responsibility and shared values in property investments.
